dev ops role, not hard coding
no remote all in person I wish they are more flexibility there but I accepeted purely due to work I did and exposure recieved. Team was high impact team

coding w bugs, have to fix, also oop and cloud basic concepts like docker , kube? etc
Phone screen was a common tell me about yourself and why Garmin. They didn't ask any follow ups on your answered and seemed to just run through the list of the questions they had.

Interview
I had 1hr behavioral Interview and 1hr technical interview. Behavioral interview was about how I got to know the company, why should the company hire me, and what kind of research experience I had.
Process took about a month. Recruiter was slow getting back to me but interview process was alright. The interviewers were friendly and mainly focused on problem solving and how you think through your code.
