I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Genentech (South San Francisco, CA) in June 2022
Interview

Then there was a series of round table interviews with so many people (30 I think) and a presentation as well. Everyone was nice, and questions were very relevant to the job, but it was very overwhelming, spread over a couple of weeks and then there was a seemingly very long period where they were getting signatures and putting together an offer letter, even thought I’d gotten the verbal offer fairly quickly.
