First round phone interview, all behavioural questions. Second/final round at headquarters in Minneapolis. Again, all questions are behavioural focused with one "role play" exercise during final rounds. A lot of opportunities to meet current employees and ask questions.

- 2 on 1 for the first interview 1 of them was asking questions and 1 of them was taking notes. Felt pretty intense, they never got back to me and said I would hear back after a week. I then reached out and they responded immediately saying I did not get the job.
