1. Online application- cover letter and resume screening
2. In Person Interview (with two recruiters at an external location- on campus)
3. Assessment day (at headquarters in Mississauga, with approximately 15 other candidates and finalists)

Question 1
During the in person interview, most questions revolved around the behavioural motivation for applying to the company. In the assessment day, you had to complete a brief case (market entry with certain products in to x market) to a panel.
2x 30 mins interviews, one behavioural, one slightly more technical. The technical interview covered some basic business concepts and marketing strategies. Two interviews were with different people from the company.

Multiple Rounds + Online literacy + Online Numeracy Test. Great Interviewers and wide range of interview members. 3 total rounds of interviews and also quick turn around feedback and response from the recruiter.
