Interview
Questions were simply all behavorial questions with little focus on long - term or short-term goals. No questions on why General Mills, why sales or why the CPG/Food industry. Very little background or information provided on the actual work I would be doing.

Are you willing to re-locate frequently throughout your career? Must be able to sell them on yes if you want a second round.
It was an easy process with lots of opportunity to showcase my skills. One of the best things is the interviewer was very easy going. Made the process so smooth

I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at General Mills
Interview
The interviewers were very friendly and kind, not too probing. They were interactive and engaged and seemed to also really enjoy their jobs very much as well. It was two interviews and we were picked for second rounds that night.

Gave me an example of a coworkers schedule and asked me what I would do if I had that schedule and was overbooked.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at General Mills (Rogers, AR)
Interview
Phone interview first, then face-to-face with three people in the office (two directors and a manager). No one could fully explain the job I was interviewing for, nor did I interview with anyone who would be my direct supervisor.

They asked a lot of "how would you" or "tell me a time when" type questions. One also asked incredibly inappropriate questions and made snide remarks concerning certain people working in the office.
