      FLDP Role Interview

      4 Oct 2009
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Minneapolis, MN
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

The process took 1 day. I interviewed at General Mills (Minneapolis, MN) in Aug 2009

      Interview

5 interviews, behavioral. Each interviewer had a different theme: Working with confrontational/aggressive teammates, a review of analytical projects you have held in the past, a reflection on your involvement in a previous company or campus role, how to act as a mentor, leadership roles. The day began with a panel discussion amongst the interviewees and employees from various financial units. From there we all took the Wonderlic test (go fast and skip hard questions, time is very limited), and then proceeded to doing 5 interviews at about 45-60min / each. Be prepared with many questions about the company- you will come in contact with over 10 people and all will ask you for your questions. Overall it is a very relaxed setting and the people are incredibly helpful and open in sharing their experiences.
