Interview
They had a lot of questions and were very professional and nice. Overall not a bad experience but the questions were pretty difficult. It was my first interview though, so I wasn't used to the interview process yet.

one initial assessment of personality traits and was later sent to one behavioural round with classic behavioural questions and a mini finance case on income statement with follow up questions

Great, two rounds and everyone was very friendly with a focus on behavioral rather than technical. In HQ of Minneapolis, good people, seems like good projects and a good company with lots to learn

first we had an online MCQ test with aptitude and cs fundamentals questions , followed by one technical round and a HR round and then results were declared and goodies were distributed
