Genesys Interaction Designers interview questions

Received posting from an agency, the actual posting wasn't reflective of the job requirements and I found this out upon interviewing. The interviewing location was in their Markham, Ontario offices. Only one manager interviewed me and he met me in the lobby of the building, having quickly rushed back from a car appointment. He wasn't dressed professionally, didn't speak professionally and the interview was held in some vacant boardroom that looked like it hadn't been used for quite some time (ie. empty shelves, dust, loose cables, etc).
