      Project Architect/Project Manager Interview

      23 July 2012
      Anonymous employee
      Houston, TX
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Gensler (Houston, TX)

      Interview

Tends to be a very slow process - don't get discouraged. Usually, the first interview is with 2-4 people at the associate/senior associate level. The second interview will be with a principal (unless they are desperate for people, in which case there will just be one interview). Having an employee referral will go a long way.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

pretty standard stuff. No surprise questions, really. Be prepared to explain what position you're seeking and why you fit.
