Recruiter reached out to set up time for a phone screen.
Selected my time and sent the recruiter a follow up, recruiter responded and confirmed.
Phone screen time rolled around and no call from the recruiter.
Emailed recruiter and asked to set up a new time because obviously conflicts arise and sometimes there's nothing you can do.
Ghosted by recruiter - radio silence.
Went to glassdoor to check application status and now the job posting says "Expired".
Laughably terrible experience.

The interview started off with an initial phone screen with the recruiter. The recruiter seemed to be a nice guy and he promised that he would have an update in 24-48 hrs . He never got back to me with an update and they totally ghosted me . The recruiter boasted about the Glassdoor business and their recruitment process but the reality seems to be a different story.

Interview
Received an email to setup phone interview with HR recruiter. Had a discussion about my past experience with the recruiter which led to him saying he would recommend me for a lower role that was open on the same team. Told me to give him 24-48 hours to get an email out to setup interview with hiring manager. It’s been close to a week now so I assume they didn’t like what I said despite telling me something different. No notification what so ever indicating if the hiring manager just wasn’t interested. I’d think with such a small company they’d care about retaining potential talent opportunities but seeing as there’s no decency to follow up I won’t ever try working here again.
