Interview
I had 30 min phone interview with company's recruiter. The next step was 2 hours HackerRank assessment. HackerRank assessment had 10 management & leadership questions and 3 coding problems. The questions and problems weren't very difficult, but there was some time pressure. After that I received polite and formal rejection email. Zero feedback in regard with HackerRank assessment and why they made the decision to reject my candidacy. I emailed the recruiter and asked for more detailed feedback. Never got any answer. That's why I rated the experience negative.

Interview
Typical interview process - no too taxing - usual preparation for a website originator - some logical problems to solve along the way while thinking them out. After some thought time i was able to offer a number of suggestions/options on how to skin the cat with the answer somewhere in the middle.
