I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Google (Montreal, QC)
Interview
I met with 5 different Googlers, none of them HR, so I was mostly interviewed by my peers and my future colleagues, it was also the opportunity to see the office and get a feel of the culture
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What was the revenue of ski sales in the US last year
They have a very well-structured hiring process and scheduling interviews was incredibly easy and convenient. The recruiter was super friendly throughout our entire interaction, and they thoughtfully provided post-interview feedback to me, which I greatly appreciated receiving.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Google
Interview
Got referred by a friend, had a call with a nice person from HR, after that I had an interview with a manager, relaxed conversation about how I'd adress certain topics and also did a practical case study,.
Difficile mais faisable, faut s’entraîner un maximum. Y’a des vidéos sur YouTube qui expliquent super bien tout le process. Y’a 3 étapes après le call avec le rh et c’est hyper bien fait mais faut être bien préparé
