Usually involved at least 4 interviews - Role Related knowledge, Leadership, Cognitive Ability, mock presentation. Usually a first interview with recruiter to ensure alignment. Answer are picked from a long list of predefined questions. Focus on answering the question and your thought processes using clear communication.

Long list, I can't remember them all. But all related to the specific CE role and the hypothetical (CGA), leadership and collaboration type questions. Finally the ability to present and run a mock customer meeting

Interview
The interview process went quite smoothly with 4 interviews (one of them being a presentation). It was a mix of technical and behavioral questions. I passed the interviews and got a positive feedback, but the role was put on hold for months and then cancelled so overall I was disappointed. However, once you pass the interviews the feedback remains available for 12 months for similar roles at the same level, if one opens up in the same location.

Recruiter Screen followed by technical and behavioral interviews. The questions were simple. However, I got a feedback that I need to repeat RRK round only after 6months for similar roles.
