I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Google (Dublin, Dublin) in June 2016
Interview
I applied through a employee referral, was then emailed in the next dasy to schedule a phone screen. They expect structured answers and that you have clear ideas: there is 3 parts of the interview:
1) they check your background and experience
2) checking of your skills
3) knowledge of adwords
Skills they look for : analytic , communication & creativity

Question 1
If you had 20 coupons to distribute among 100 customers how would you segment them
After I submitted my application, I heard about next steps. First there was a phone screening with the recruiter. Then there were 2 rounds of behavioral interviews. It wasn't too bad and they were only about 45 minutes each.

Interview
I was interviewed 2 stages by Google, however, they cancelled the next interview stages because they didn't clarify Visa sponsorship before they invited me to the interview. I am an international student who is studying at one of the top 5 UK universities. I was invited both from a similar role in China Shanghai and in Dublin. During the first interview, HR forced me to choose either go through the application track in Dublin or Shanghai because they said it doesn't make sense to go through 2 application track for a similar role. I choose to go to Dublin because I wanted to have more international exposure. After a day, Shanghai HR called that they will remove removed me from the track in China, so I can focus on the track in Dublin. Since I am really interested in working for Google, I prepared for the second interview for more than 2 weeks. One day before the interview they cancelled the interview because HR didn't confirm visa sponsorship in Dublin with immigration team. After 5 days, they emailed me that all the teams in Dublin cannot sponsor visa, and they couldn't flag me back to the China team since the application in China closed.
To be honest, I am really disappointed for several reasons: Firstly, Google brands itself as the most international company in the world, but sarcastically it, doesn't sponsor a visa for international talents. Secondly, I am shocked by how irresponsible are the HR team at Google Dublin. They invited international students without clarifying immigration condition at all, which waste so much time for student and resources for the company.
