10 minute chat over the phone with HR, 30 minute phone interview, 2 onsite interviews - 1 onsite with two people who would have been on my team, a second onsite interview with the manager.
The interview process at Google for the role of recruiting coordinator was pretty easy to be honest. There is an English grammar test which is followed by an interview. The interviewer goes through the relevant skills and experience

Technical phone screen, recruiter interview, 3 virtual interviews with hiring managers and team members, encompassing situational, behavioral, and technical questions. One interview includes role-specific live exercises for Recruiting Coordinator position.
Interview process was lengthy. Had me go through a series of interviews and practice rounds. Did not get the role. But had a great experience with the recruiter. Was surprised to even get an interview with all the layoffs happening
