I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Google (Dublin, Dublin) in May 2018
Interview
I won't describe all steps because they have been published here many times. Let me explain the most important parts for all of your interviews (ordered by importance!):
1. Structured approach.
Structure is everything. Structure is everything. Structure is everything. Have I mentioned that structured is everything? If not, structure is everything. Do some consulting cases to learn to think in a structured way. Check everything from Victor Cheng to really learn to think and answer questions in a structured way. This will help you in ANY job interview!
2. Know why you'd like to work for Google.
You applied at Google. Great, but why? Really think about it and make sure it reflects in all of your answers.
3. AdWords knowledge.
Check Academy for Ads. There is one seminar called "introduction to AdWords" or something. Do that and write down the important things on a piece of paper.
Check the AdWords Manual/Help site.

Difficult interview
Application
I applied online. I interviewed at Google (Ann Arbor, MI)
Interview
5 interviews over the course of a few weeks, last interview was with the director of the org. This was in 2016, so they were asking questions that weren't as pertinent to the role at that time.

Question 1
Walk me through how you might fix something or take me step by step on how you would create something.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Google (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2022
Interview
Very short process. I only had three interviews: one with a Talent Partner, one with a strategist and another with a manager. They asked me about my background and interest in the role. They also asked situational questions like what I do if X happened as a strategist or if client Y with this background needed your advertising advice what would you recommend.

Question 1
What would you do if you had to plan a marketing event for Google?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Google (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
It was one of the best interview processes ever. The recruiter was quite clear. She explained everything in the beginning so I had a transparent process.
The process took around 5 weeks to finalize. Whenever I e-mailed them I received an answer within at least 2 days.
