I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Google (Austin, TX) in July 2018
Interview
The interview process had too many hoops to jump through. I spent at least 3-4 calls with a Recruiter during the phone screen process. I spent another hour on the phone with this Recruiter doing interview prep. The actual interview was four, 45 minute in person interviews, back to back with no breaks in between. Each question was very detailed. It felt like I was interviewing for a position MUCH more senior than a basic Technical Recruiter role.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked a lot of hypothetical questions that didn't relate to the job function in order to see your "thought process".
Too many interviews. I declined to continue. If you can’t decide after multiple interviews you have a broken process. I was interviewing for a recruiter role and I didn’t want my candidates to be out in the same position.
Not shortlisted for next rounds but they informed me via email within a week which is good. Hopefully will get a chance next time round. Good experience overall. Applied for multiple roles.

Interview
Hey there are some great articles out there on the internet for cracking Google interviews. Please do go through this as they're really helpful.
You will mostly have 3-4 sometimes 5 rounds of interviews and all of them will test a combination of skills that you've mentioned in the post above.
