I applied through an employee referral. The interviewer was nice enough and asked routine questions. It only took about 20 minutes. Unfortunately, I did not get an onsite interview. I think because of my GPA. I've heard you need a 3.7 at least.

The interview process at Google for the role of recruiting coordinator was pretty easy to be honest. There is an English grammar test which is followed by an interview. The interviewer goes through the relevant skills and experience

Interview
Technical phone screen, recruiter interview, 3 virtual interviews with hiring managers and team members, encompassing situational, behavioral, and technical questions. One interview includes role-specific live exercises for Recruiting Coordinator position.
Interview process was lengthy. Had me go through a series of interviews and practice rounds. Did not get the role. But had a great experience with the recruiter. Was surprised to even get an interview with all the layoffs happening
