Screening call + Call with the hiring manager. The screening call has standard questions. Call with the hiring manager has situational questions "Imaging you are X, having the issue Y, what would you do?"

The interview scheduling was long and had multiple cancellations throughout the process, causing a delay and misalignment in expectations. The interviewer was not prepared/informed on what questions to ask which was really disappointing, especially considering company like Google.
