I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Google (Hong Kong) in Aug 2014
Interview
I was recommended by a friend who is working in Google. I send my CV to her and after a week, I received the feedback. A HR in Singapore office Emailed to me and told me that to prepare a telephone interview. I replied to her and set the time of the phone interview. The interview was easy and just some experience background questions. One week later, I was informed to have the face-to-face interview in Hong Kong. There are three interviewers during the interview time and totally took about 2 hours. The questions are mainly about my experience and education background as well as many problem-resolving questions.

Question 1
1. Describe Google Ad words to a 4-year-old child.
2.If you receive many Emails in a busy morning, what should you do?
3.If there are many customers complain about our service, what should you do?
...............
The process is really complicated, questions are really detailed. Need to prepare. Wishing you all huge success! I had 3 rounds and a prep call. Recruiters are really easy going and responsive.
Disorganized recruiting with random meeting invites with no explanations. Interviewer wasn’t welcoming at all and seemed to not care at all about the interview. The feedback call after the interview sounded like recruiter was reading an AI generating summary of the interview, which felt not personal at all. Overall awful experience.
