Interview
Your HR/Recruitment manager should send you a short prep guide on types of questions (Experience/Imagine are the main two types), measuring four qualities (including the hard to grasp at first googliness. The interviews for different job functions have different handbooks on the types of questions although the interviews are structured the same, which I found odd. I interviewed with the head of the team in the country and found him charming, but the interview was too structured on the questions having to be checkboxed rather than building the conversation.

I do not think we are allowed to share, but the questions are mainly structured in two categories - the Tell me about a time when (+specific problem or technical skill related to your previous experience).... and the Imagine (+situation you may encounter or may know nothing about)...
It is a multi-stage process, starting with resume screening, moving to phone screens, then virtual "onsite" interviews (coding, system design, behavioral), and ending with a hiring committee review and team matching, It's structured, rigorous, often virtual, and uses collaborative platforms for problem-solving.

1. Recruiter call to understand your interest and fit for the role. The recruiter was very helpful in ensuring you are succesful for upcoming interviews by offering an interview prep session.
2. Two 45 minute interviews that are a mix of technical role related questions and behavioral questions.
