I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Google (Singapore) in May 2022
Interview
Well designed and objective interview process that was challenging in a good way.
4 rounds with various recruiting leads and feedback will get routed to a independent hiring committee which will make the final hire/no hire decision
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Thinking ability - Testing the way you think and break down a problem and the way you can analyse new or ambiguous scenarios
Problem solving using data - Are you able to analyze and identify the right metrics and formulate a strategy based on data
Communication - Are you able to illustrate your ideas and experiences in a coherent, logical and structured manner
Teamwork and leadership
Past experiences
Too many interviews. I declined to continue. If you can’t decide after multiple interviews you have a broken process. I was interviewing for a recruiter role and I didn’t want my candidates to be out in the same position.
Not shortlisted for next rounds but they informed me via email within a week which is good. Hopefully will get a chance next time round. Good experience overall. Applied for multiple roles.

Interview
Hey there are some great articles out there on the internet for cracking Google interviews. Please do go through this as they're really helpful.
You will mostly have 3-4 sometimes 5 rounds of interviews and all of them will test a combination of skills that you've mentioned in the post above.
