What is one of the challenges as an Engineering leader?
I ultimately didn't get the job, but process was fair! Interviewer was attentive and clearly wanted to know about my experience and laid out the responsibilities clearly. I've wanted to work at Google for forever, and this process definitely reaffirmed that it is the kind of place I'd want to work.
Interview consisted or remote sessions, 1 hour per session with four senior managers. Interviews were very professional, very detailed note taking. ONly sour experience, one interviewer did not show but did reschedule. Cost - 1 PTO day.
