      Signal Integrity Engineer Interview

      27 June 2015
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Mountain View, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Google (Mountain View, CA) in Apr 2011

      Interview

Two phone screens with technical questions at mostly the undergraduate level. On site interview with four people lasting most of the day. Many technical questions related to signal integrity, work from my resume and follow up questions. Typically arrogant Silicon Valley interview with interviewers assuming you are desperate to get the position, despite being very experienced, even expert in many areas. Not the type of people I would want to work with, and as the saying goes, nothing fails like success.
