I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Google (Redwood City, CA) in Mar 2024
Interview
Very robotic. Lot's of yes no questions to start (have you signed an NDA, do you have any other job offers, etc). Pretty average interview after that, but it was clear that the recruiter was reading off of a script throughout the entire course of the interview. Couldn't elaborate at all about the role, couldn't answer any questions about the role or Google.

Waiting on the final decision now. Process took about two months
Currently interviewing, would love to learn other's experience. I passed both assessments online, they were pretty easy and took about 30-40min each. Did a phone screening, now waiting for interviews.
