I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Google
Interview
1 phone screening with recruiter, next 3 interviews with focus on the previous experience, cultural fit, behavioural questions. Everything went well, but it took few weeks to receive a feedback after interviews, which was positive. With being said that my packet is moving forward to the hiring committee, after a month I still haven't received any feedback or update from recruiters, as well as no response to any of my emails. I find it very unprofessional to ghost people so far in the interview process, if decision is negative you should be able to find 1 minute of your time to reply to candidates.

Question 1
How would you prioritize given clients and why? How would you make sure you'll reach your sales target?
The process for an Account Executive role at Google Dublin typically consists of four stages, including an information session, initial screening, and multiple interviews with different team members. The timeline is not extremely fast — there are waiting periods between stages, especially after the final round. Candidates report the full process taking anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks. Great support during the process.

They reached out to me via LinkedIn, and we scheduled an interview. The initial interview went well however, they did not get back to me afterward. I sent many emails, but they did not reply to any of them. It was extremely unprofessional.
Not very personable. When I asked about salary expectations they lowballed and said there's no room for negotiation and that only managers make the salary I asked for (I was making it already as a non-manager)
