Interview went very, were I meet with two members of the R&R team who were extremely friendly. We were discussing the role and I was answering question in relation to the company and what do you expect from the graduate process. They told me there would be two stages within the interview process first was with a manager and the second was with a partner. After a few week I couldn't realise why I didn't get any feedback. I asked a friend who worked within the firm about information and he told me that they had hired an intern for the role. They had been working within the firm for a couple of weeks and they decided that they would provide them with the role, even though they had informed me in the interview process they were looking for someone externally. Really disappointing experience, where there was no potential for me or other applicants of being offered the role even though it was advertised. I've been told GT is a bit of a mess where stuff like this happens all the time.
