I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Grant Thornton (New York, NY) in Oct 2013
Interview
Started the interview process on campus at a recruiting fair, was then invited by the firm for an on campus interview with alumni employees. after this was then invited to the firm for a day of three interviews with partner manager and HR. Overall was a very smooth and easy process and the firm did a great job of making everyone feel comfortable

Interview
Online interview conducted using HireVue. Was emailed to schedule an in person interview. Felt fairly laid back, which was likely due to the position I was applying for since they were not expected much prior experience.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Grant Thornton (Houston, TX)
Interview
Straightforward and very respectful! It was an hour long and more conversational than formal. Make sure to be able to answer why audit, why GT, and what you hope to gain from the internship. Prepare enough questions to keep the conversation going.
