I went through a 3 phase interview process that included my current director, partners, and managing partners. It was not a difficult process and the company is open to salary negotiation.

Q: Tell us a about a time you were placed in difficult situation where you had to deliver bad news and how did you handle it?
Interviews were not hard but took more than two months. Went through 4 rounds of interviews just for them to ghost me. So rude and unprofessional. Clearly they dont care about their people or people trying to join.

Focus is on accounting mostly. Be prepared for what’s on the resume and take your time and then answer the question. They asked me oracle fusion finance experience and best module on which I have knowledge
