First of all, I was invited to take the written test in which 2 essay questions are required to complete.
Second, I was interviewed by the HR department head for around 30 minutes to ask the background and experience.
Thired, I was interviewed by department head for around 30 minutes to ask my background and skillset which could be applied to the post I am applying.
Director Won’t satisfy what ever you say, he expects a lot from you even though tout are fresher he expect, what he knows and he expects the same from us

Initial introduction of self, Few technical questions and discussion about work experience. Technical questions includes few questions regarding processes and internationally accepted standards. At the end discussed about salary expectation. The interview completed with questions to the interviewer
