The interview process in my current workplace consists of technical test (accounting & audit), HR interview and user interview. It's a very fast and efficient process, it takes less than 2 weeks.

What activities you do when you're still in college (e.g. if you're an organization member, what did you do, etc)
In my opinion the interview process was pretty standard for a professional services company. The process was not too lengthy and there was constant communication and updates provided throughout the process.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Grant Thornton (Boston, MA)
Interview
The interview was virtual and set up as 2 30 minute interviews with partners. No technical questions were asked. More of a conversation than an interview, it was for an internship so they just wanted to make sure I was capable of having a conversation.
