Interview
I had a quick introductory video call with the CTO however I don't felt that the interview accurately assessed me for the role. Was expecting more of a tech related discussion, transitioning into cultural fit, company etc. however he was more preoccupied with my social media. On the bright side it was short so I could carry on with my day.

Just the usual, talk about yourself, past experience questions. Nothing out of ordinary.

Interview
The interview process consisted of a phone interview that was done on my mobile phone as part of the screening process with the Chief Technical Officer and a coding exam that was sent home electronically.
