- challenging, aspirational company in exciting AI/big data field with brilliant colleagues - amazing career opportunities for those willing and able to take it - strong values and spirit, does live up to the 5 Gyana core values ( 'we hire the best', 'we can talk about anything', 'we have unbelievable persistence', 'we're compassionate techies' and 'we go the extra mile' )
Cons
Gyana is like no other company you'll ever work for which means it's not for everyone :) Get to know the founders, high performance expectations and company well and see if you like it. One of those things where you have to commit fully and can easily have your career jump-started, market value multiply and most amazing time which more than makes up for some start-up trade-offs.
