I had already been a checker. Started helping with valentines/Mother’s Day and was able to interview for floral. Went pretty smoothly. I had gained some knowledge through my year helping

They will call you for a phone interview and if you do well there they will tell you to come in for a large group interview. In this interview they will ask the group generalized questions to see how you react and converse. They will consider everything you say in your file. Be sure to stand out during this interview if you wish to get the position.
