Filled out app. Went to interview a couple days later. Offered position right away. Started as soon as background came which was a couple days. It was pretty easy and laid back.

it was not communicated to me that I should be there 15 minutes before and then they said I should reschedule. We rescheduled and through out the interview the interviewer acted very disinterested.

Phone call, then two in person interviews. The second interview feels like a waste of time and as if they have already chosen to hire you once you have it secured. It was extremely casual.

Interview
Very short and convenient.
He asked me if I had any cake decorating experience, I was being honest and said no, but I do have an artistic background.
He asked about availabilities, what is the desired position (full/part-time).
I was already working for HEB 90 days at the time, so the store lead already knew how is my work ethic like, he immediately hired me and allow me to transfer to the department. It was very short, straightforward.
