Interview
There were three interviews, the first is a phone interview someone in the hiring department will call you to ask a few questions and find out some of your information. If you are asked to come in for a second interview one of the leads in the front end will ask you some more questions and continue on with the interview process. If you are asked to come back after the second interview there will be a third and final interview, where you and others who have been asked back will go through a series of scenarios and a few more interview questions and then you will find out if you received the job.

The interview process is unique and done in a few parts. There is a group interview where you interact with other applicants. They also ask you one on one questions in a more traditional interview setting.

What would you do if a customer wanted to speak to a manager?
Basic questions . Just trying to see if you fit I. With them. Pretty easy. Not too hard if you can answer . It was that and a lot of situations and scenarios that they asked about
It was an online format. Personal video recording responding to basic interview prompts. There was also a small competency examination to test for basic math and reading skills as well as some personality questions.
