Interview
Because I was applying for a store that was under construction, I attended a mass interview where about 40 people were in a room together as the department managers analyzed our potential. I then received a call about 1-2 weeks later and had a follow up interview, after which, I was hired.

Question 1
Expect to be asked questions regarding team efforts and rhetorical situations. I don't remember there being any weird questions like "If you were a tree, what kind would you be?". Probably expect questions more in line with "Where could you improve most?"

Interview
The process is simple enough, its mostly a lot of STAR based questions. And the digital interview is basically the same as the in person. The questions most of the time will be identical, if not extremely similar.

I interviewed at a grocery store where the manager asked about my customer service skills and availability. The atmosphere was friendly, and I felt confident discussing my past teamwork experience.

Name a time I had to mitigate an issue with a co worker.
It was easy and straightforward. I received a call back days later and went in for an interview. The manager was very engaged and felt like a conversation. I was called a week later to being my onboarding process.
