The hiring process at H-E-B includes an online application, automated video interview, and on-site interview. The entire process can take between one to two weeks. All new store jobs are posted on careers.heb.com under the Store tab. Every new store is different and every hiring timeline varies.
It went smoother than I had initially thought. The person interviewing me was kind but the job wasn’t fitting in our opinion. I would definitely apply again. I would try for a cashier rather than a stocker the second time around. Fun interview though.
