Group interview first with sales scenarios (how you would pitch H-E-B brand products). If you're chosen to advance, you have a one-on-one interview with a manager. If hired, you sit through a day of onboarding and training on the computer.

The interview process was pretty simple. If they like your application, they'll invite you to do a recorded video interview. You'll have a couple of attempts to answer 6 questions one at a time. These recorded responses will then be reviewed and given a thumbs up for an in-person interview at the store you applied at or they will tell you that you're not a match for "insert reason." I met with a store leader for the HEB I applied for and was offered the position at the end of the interview.
