Easy, after you have taken the required class. You must stay on top of the required information because this is confidential information you are dealing with. The interviewer was nice and considerate and understood when a personal situation arises but the best bet is to look your best and have a great attitude because it is working with clients in a professional manner.

They send a scheduling link. You speak with them for 30 minute and they'll get back to you with an offer. Tried reaching back out and was completely ghosted after receiving an offer.

Easy. After I finished the hours for the CTEC, I was interviewed. The interview was online through Microsoft teams. All they asked was my availability and professional experience. No hard questions. I was interviewed by the Multi Team Leader and District manger.
