Hiring was done right away, there were several applicants and all applied received the job. There was no interview. There were classes and a test that we had to take in order to become employed by this company. The classes lasted three days, upon completion of the testing, those who was not interested did not take the job

They send a scheduling link. You speak with them for 30 minute and they'll get back to you with an offer. Tried reaching back out and was completely ghosted after receiving an offer.

Easy. After I finished the hours for the CTEC, I was interviewed. The interview was online through Microsoft teams. All they asked was my availability and professional experience. No hard questions. I was interviewed by the Multi Team Leader and District manger.
