Applied online. I was sent a "personality" test to complete online before being given an interview. However, I was told this was a beta test only and would not be used in the hiring decision. Interview onsite. Very responsive, very professional. I spent approximately two hours meeting with different people of progressively higher rank. I was given a tour of the facilities. I was given an offer on the spot and referred. Applicants who accept are asked to take a drug test at an off-site facility.
