Interview

WORST COMPANY!
SCAMMERS!
DON’T JOIN!
Pros:
• Decent compensation for freshers but don’t fall for package they know no one will work for them if they don’t provide good package.
• Decent food NO PROSSSS!!
Cons:
• Very long and exhausting hiring process even after joining they ask you to work Monday to Saturday 9AM TO 9PM. Sometimes on sunday’s tooo!
• No offer letter before a 7-day probation period
• Selection criteria during probation is unclear
• Very low conversion rate after probation
• Tech stack used in work is different from interview focus (XML based internal framework)
• Skills learned are niche and may have limited outside value
Overall:
Good package, but lack of transparency and mismatch between interview and actual work can be discouraging for freshers. Candidates should evaluate long term career relevance before joining.

Asked questions related to Java but work is not on java but XML language Moqui framework an open source project.
it was good and basic questions form resume were asked to me majorily form projects and internship.And some behavioural questions were also asked and communication was in english and hindi both the time was 20 mins.
