Pros

No just no pros - all the pros are fake

Cons

This office is full of politics. Honestly, only a few seniors actually know the work. There is bulk hiring here, around 10k internships, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Even after taking so much work, there is no guarantee of a full-time role. At any time, they can start pressuring you to forcefully resign. The reporting time is 9:00 AM, but there is no fixed time for leaving, and there is no option for remote work. You are expected to stay as long as they want. This office is full of politics. Honestly, only a few seniors actually know the work. You are expected to stay as long as they want. One clear sign of the work culture is the employee distribution. Either you will find seniors who have been here for more than 5 years, or interns and employees with less than 1 year of experience. There is almost no one in between, which clearly reflects how the company treats its people. Here, you are not judged based on your work but on someone’s mood. Every day you must arrive at 9:00 AM, and if you are late, you are treated like a student late for a school assembly. But if you try to leave on time, you are seen as a villain because sitting extra hours is considered the minimum expectation. The company culture is shown as very positive from the outside, but in reality, it is full of internal politics. HR exists only in name. For every small issue, there is direct involvement from the CEO and COO, and HR acts like their puppet. If you raise a complaint, it will be discussed across the entire office before it is ever resolved. They call themselves a 20-year-old startup, but they do layoffs like an MNC. In just one year, I have seen around 10 to 15 forced resignations, usually with reasons like “not understanding the work” or “not being aligned.” There is a female manager who does not properly understand the work but takes out her anger on everyone over small issues. Reviews are based on mood. If she has a personal issue with someone, removing them from the company is common.
