I had not worked in such a large corporation prior to this but had great private sector experience. I knew it was important to nail the priorities of the job and what I brought to the game as well as address the importance of what I had learned, and perceived of their culture. They were in a huge ramp up adding hundreds of people to their call center but knowing quality and premium customer service was a high priority, I illustrated my track record in working as a contract recruiter and successes at being able to ramp up quickly while understanding both the tangibles as well as the less tangible - nuances. What I always feel is critical is being able to demonstrate through quantifiable measures ability to perform the job while also being acutely aware that I don't know everything there is to know about "their" process and environment but that I'm flexible and versatile, have good interpersonal skills as well as experience and understanding of the skills necessary to perform the job and in the job.
