If a customer is upset, I’d stay calm, listen carefully to understand the issue, and apologize sincerely. I’d try to resolve the problem quickly—whether it’s remaking a drink or offering a solution. At the same time, I’d keep an eye on my other tasks, like checking if drinks are piling up or helping partners when needed. I always try to balance solving the issue while keeping the rest of the line moving smoothly. (I said this to show that I am able to problem solve and also multitask as Starbucks is known to get busy quickly, and you're bound to have difficult customers during peak hours.)
