Humana Account Executive interview questions

Applying for the position was very easy. However, once that was done the process was very slow and tedious. I was interviewed by Human Resources over the telephone and that seemed to go very well. But after that was complete I did not hear from anyone for quite some time. I later interviewed with the hiring manager and based on the conversation he indicated that I was a shoe in for the position. After that meeting I did not hear from him at all. I received a 'form letter' email a few weeks later indicating that I was not selected for the position. I was very disappointed because I was made to feel that I was going to receive an offer.
