Interview
Very long process, with very bad communication. Started with online application, than IPAT and than a behavioural interview, one on one. It was with one person, and she asked one question after the other, not really allowing for a proper conversation. Did not hear back for quite a while, and than finally got a rejection in a generic email with no reason attached.
