I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at IBM (Córdoba) in Sept 2015
Interview
Was contacted by outsourced recruiter, unsolicited, recommended by current employee.
First interview by phone, stated my expectations in regards of salary, vacations and health coverage. Basically I asked for a raise over my current salary, same vacations and health coverage. Recruiter agreed.
Went through technical interview first, then a manager interview.
Next call was from recruiter to tell me I was accepted, but same salary I was already getting.
When I said no, he got rude. I wished him a happy life.
