HR interview then 2 more interviews with 1st and 2nd line managers.
HR wanted to understand my motivation to work at IBM and general understanding about IBM.
Manager would like to know you better to understand cultural fit.

Multi-step interview process. 2nd interview was a roleplay presentation. Hiring was placed on hold after my 3rd interview. Final interview with a sales VP where he was unprepared and asked some questions over and over. A lot of things about the role seemed unknown.

How do you go about prospecting and building your territory?
Slow interview process, not much feedback during waiting period between interviews. Lots of prep is needed for these interviews. I had to follow-up with the person managing my application a few times to get updates on when I would hear back from them.

they asked me to do a stand and deliver (pitch), mine was approx 5-10 minutes and I had to decide on a specific IBM product I wanted to pitch.
